Preparation: In the pot: there is no need to defrost before use. Warm up the product in a pot with a covered lid at low heat. Stir occasionally. Microwave (600 Watt capacity): Heat the deep-frozen product in a covered microwave dish for approx. 6-12 minutes, depending on the used quantity. Stir occasionally.
