Preparation: In the pot: remove bag from sleeve. Place into a pot of boiling water for approx. 3 minutes. Remove carefully from pot and cut open. Pour into a serving dich and serve immediately. In the microwave (max. 900 W): remove bag from sleeve. Prick the bag and place on turnable microwave. Heat in high for 3 minutes. Carefully remove and cut open the bag. Pour into a serving dish and serve immediately. In paellas, cooked dishes, soups, etc.: add the Mussels to the habitual recipe without previous defrosting in order that the inner juice gives your dish the whole taste.
