Preparation: Frying Pan/Wok: Heat a little bit of oil in a frying pan or wok, add the desired amount of the deep-frozen product and stir-fry for approx. 10-15 min. under continuously stirring. Season to taste.

Production: Coming directly from the field, bio inside products are immediately deep-frozen to preserve all their important vitamins and flavours.
