Preparation: In the pot: place the frozen peas in a pot with boiling water, add a pinch of salt and cook for 35 minutes, according to taste. Drain and season to taste. In the frying pan: steam the frozen product in a frying pan with some oil at medium heat. Stir from time to time and season to taste.
Production: Coming directly from the field, bio inside products are immediately deep-frozen to preserve all their important vitamins and flavours.
Consistency: tender, not fibrous
