Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus)*

Storage: Store at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

Preparation: Place the required quantity of mushrooms in a pan with some oil or butter. Cook over at medium heat until the liquid has been absorbed. Season according to taste with salt and spices or fresh herbs. To enhance the flavour of sauces and soups: Add the frozen mushrooms (do not defrost beforehand) to the sauce or soup 2-3 minutes before serving.
Consistency: tender, firm
