Preparation: in the oven: preheat the oven to 220 °C (fan-assisted oven 200 °C). Spread the deep-frozen hash browns over the hot baking tray (using baking paper). Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 min. Turn them over once or twice while baking. In the frying-pan: heat oil in the pan. Place the deep-frozen hash browns in the pan and let them fry at medium heat approx. 10 minutes until golden brown.
Consistency: crispy outside and soft inside
